This program is designed to help individuals and teams take their mental conditioning to another level! As athletes we spend an incredible amount of time training the physical body and getting the system in top physical condition to excel at our sport. However, we forget the power of training the mind. If the mind is prepared for executing during an event or game, there is a higher chance of dropping into the state of flow and reaching peak performance. The Athlete's edge takes you there!
Currently we are studying this curriculum at Clarkson University and UVM o prove effectiveness. Future training will prepare strength coaches and yoga teacher to offer these skills.
